Confidentiality
Confidentiality agreement is generated for purposes of preventing all personnel from pressures such as commercial, financial and other. Wages of all personnel involved in the certification process is independent of the audit results.
Conflict of Interest is also obtained from the client’s organization before audit so that impartiality is maintained. Certification decision is taken by certification committee so that certification decision remains impartial.
