We at RMC, are committed to provide management system conformity assessment & certification services to our clients in a manner that would elevate the prestige of RMC and our certified Clients. We are committed to follow international accreditation standards. To inspire trust we would ensure full transparency, and would maintain complete impartiality in our assessment and certification process. To promote quality and impartiality, we would engage only senior subject experts in accordance with the applicable international regulations. We would strive to continually improve our performance by establishing service standards and quality indicators. We would achieve our objectives by establishing and following management system protocol and by elevating the quality of our staff by providing to them required knowledge, skill and procedural trainings.
The Management System of RMC is Established, Maintain and continually improve in accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17021 and to meet all Statutory & Regulatory Requirements in its entire process of Services to meet Accreditation Requirement. RMC will ensure that all possible “conflict of interest” situations arising out of its activities are identified and resolved timely and effectively. RMC shall create & maintain an environment where each employee contributes to all aspects of our business process and shall strive for continual improvement to meet with Customer Satisfaction.
